Blue Cat Investments LLC was created in 2006 to locate and invest in properties to hold and for resale.
BCI currently has investment and holding properties in California and Texas.
We began our investing in California, but in 2006 the investment market was upside down. All of the apartments buildings we looked at were upside down. Our Realtor, Daryl Smith (see Our Success Team page) recommended Texas as a market to consider. On the following pages you can see some of the investment properties.
